    • If you are not Get the Same Day Installation and Setup So you can claim your refund within first days, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount.

    • If you ask for a refund beyond 7 days after the initial purchase date of the product then you will not be granted a refund and there are no exceptions to this rule.

Return & Refund Policy :-

    • Client asks for money back procedure via support team of https://www.tallymall.co.in
    • Client must tell all the details about the purchase so that we are able to identify the exact transaction number.
    • Client must confirm in support ticket that he’s not using the product and did not handle this product or to 3rd party.
    • We notify client in support ticket that refund was sent
    • False information given by the client or using the  product again after money back policy procedure was completed is considered as a violation of money back policy
      and we reserve a right to charge the full amount for the product for the period used by the client.
    • In this case, an invoice will be sent to client’s address.
